\nThe winner of the Cat. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Excellence\u00e2\u20ac\u009d will be on in formal dress. The concert will be recorded.
\nAny Tv, radio of photographic reproductions of the event will not give the candidates right to any form of economic compensation.
\nThe inscription means the total acceptance of these regulations.<\/p>\n\n
